How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that customized or engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most of our modern products, including the Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler, are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend checking the care instructions on the bottom of your specific item to ensure its longevity.
Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware?
Yes, Stanley products are warranted to be free from any defect in workmanship or materials and to be thermally efficient for life, provided they are used according to instructions.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders almost immediately. Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming.
